Classroom Philosophy: In order to have my classroom in good spirits and make it a friendly, safe, and comfortable environment for all, we will treat each other with respect. Swearing, teasing, insults, and rude remarks of any kind will not be tolerated. Come to class each day prepared and ready to work. You get out of this experience what you put into it. Decide that you will be successful ... and you will.
Classroom Management Rules: Above all else ... USE COMMON SENSE! If it seems like it might not be the right thing to do, it probably isn't. Follow the classroom procedures that I have put into place and you will find yourself more organized and therefore more successful.
Supplies: You do not need to bring your textbooks to class each day. I will notify you ahead of time when they will be needed. Biology students must have their 'Interactive Science Notebook' with them daily, as well as colored pencils and highlighter.
